We are currently dealing online and do not maintain an outlet. Our company is registered ae is located at S & N Enterprise-F.Z.E, B.C. I3OO282, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE while our collection center is located at 601-Palace Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

 

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order limit. 

 

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

For your convenience and avoid fraudulently, Lil'champs supports cash on delivery, online payment using the secure system of Telr via debit/credit cards. 

 

Q. How do I check my order status?

You will receive a tracking number through an email once your order is shipped. We will keep you posted with the status of items through email while you can also check the status of the order by logging in using your username and password. The delivery status can be tracked through provided tracking no using courier website.

The delivery usually takes 2-3 working hours to metropolitan cities and 4-5 working days to rest of the cities. International deliveries can take up to 7-8 working days

 

Q. Do you provide cancellation option after payment?

Changed your mind after making payment? No problem!

The customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
